More Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling various parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
